The general real estate requirements for a low-price store are “SIMPLE” Location
Requirements for space:
- location in populated areas and at short distances from them, in industrial, commercial,
busy areas, etc
. * convenient access to space and convenient access roads - buildings and structures should not be located in fenced areas with a separate entrance (closed bases, car compartments and convoys, etc.)
- Parking for at least 20-30 cars at a time
- location away from preschool, educational, educational institutions, medical and cultural
organizations (for FNES licenses)
, if required by the legislation of the country - the possibility of unhindered operation of the outlet from 09.00 to 21.00.
Room requirements - sales floor area from 800 to 1200 square meters
- location on the 1st floor only
- the absence of a basement or a confirmed calculation of the ceiling load of at least 3 tons per square meter
- the sales hall should not consist of small rooms
- there are 2 entrances: central (for buyers) and cargo with the possibility of entry of heavy
trucks for unloading - sufficient ceiling height (from 4 meters)
Polymer-coated floors
The floor is guaranteed for at least 5 years. The floor surface should be at the same level, without slopes and pits.The movement of the stacker and shopping carts should be unhindered. - availability of staff rooms (staff office, director’s office, goods packing room)
- refrigerator compartment in the sales area, measuring 8% -10% of the room area with lighting and a temperature of 0-40c. – (possibility of installation)

- availability of necessary utilities (water supply, sewerage)
